Charnette Moreno is the Founder and Managing Partner of Founder Advisory Partners, where she advises founder-led and growth-stage companies on financial strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation. With more than 20 years of experience spanning finance, accounting, operations, and executive leadership, she partners with business owners to navigate complex challenges, strengthen organizational performance, and prepare for critical business milestones.
Throughout her career, Charnette has served in senior finance leadership roles across high-growth and entrepreneurial environments, leading organizations through periods of rapid expansion, operational transformation, and strategic change. Her experience includes overseeing accounting and finance functions, developing cash flow strategies, building financial infrastructure, optimizing business processes, and supporting executive decision-making.
Charnette has also played a key leadership role in multiple sell-side acquisition processes, guiding financial due diligence, preparing executive teams for investor scrutiny, and helping organizations successfully navigate complex transactions. She understands the unique demands founders face as businesses evolve—from scaling operations and improving financial visibility to preparing for investment, acquisition, succession, or an orderly wind-down.
As both a finance executive and entrepreneur, Charnette brings a practical, hands-on perspective to every client engagement. She believes successful advisory relationships are built on trust, collaboration, and a deep understanding of each client's goals. Her approach combines strategic thinking with operational execution, helping founders make informed decisions with confidence while building stronger, more resilient businesses.

Celeste Garrett, CPA Partner
Celeste Garrett
I am a finance executive, entrepreneur, and leadership consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their financial foundations, develop exceptional leaders, and achieve sustainable growth. Throughout my career, I have partnered with startups, nonprofit organizations, privately held businesses, and global corporations, providing expertise in financial strategy, accounting, tax planning, system implementations, and executive leadership.
As the Founder & CEO of G Squared Finance & Investment, I provide Fractional CFO and Controller services that help businesses build strong financial infrastructures, improve profitability, optimize cash flow, and make informed strategic decisions. I work alongside business owners and executive teams to deliver financial leadership without the overhead of a full-time executive, offering services that include financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, KPI development, fundraising support, board reporting, process improvement, and strategic financial planning.
I also founded Be Your Best Consulting, where I leverage my executive leadership experience to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential. Through executive coaching, leadership development, corporate training, career coaching, public speaking coaching, team-building facilitation, strategic planning, and corporate event planning, I empower leaders to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and create cultures of excellence.
Prior to launching my consulting firms, I served in executive finance leadership roles where I partnered with startup companies on GAAP compliance, fundraising strategy, financial modeling, and board package development. My career has also included leadership positions as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, FP&A Director, Global Finance Manager, and Corporate Controller across industries including technology, manufacturing, construction, energy, hospitality, food production, and nonprofit organizations. I have led global ERP implementations, developed sophisticated financial reporting systems, directed budgeting and forecasting initiatives, managed complex tax strategies, and built scalable financial operations that support long-term growth.
In addition to my corporate leadership experience, I spent more than a decade as an adjunct college instructor teaching accounting, business, and mathematics. This experience deepened my passion for mentoring, educating, and developing others—qualities that continue to define my approach as a coach, consultant, and trusted advisor.
